Ultra PurePep Pathway “Inside”

The design power of the proprietary PurePep Pathway (valve block system) results in zero dead volumes, no cross-contamination, and worry-free performance that lasts for years. Other systems use off-the-shelf valves that leak, cross-contaminate, and quickly fail when exposed to harsh peptide synthesis chemicals. With the trusted PurePep Pathway inside Sonata/Sonata XT, you have reliable peptide purity every time.

Multiple mixing modes

Sonata has chemically inert, optimized channels allowing high solution transfer rates (> 400 mL/min) of any solvent. All reactions occur in an inert environment to minimize side reactions. Multiple mixing modes including sparging, recirculation and mechanical agitation which can be combined to maximize reaction efficiency. Several fluid-filling methods can be selected to optimize performance.

Solvent and reagent positions

Seven solvent ports and twenty reagent ports allow easy customization for any synthesis protocol. Two volumetric vessels allow precise aliquots of all solvents/reagents to be delivered. To minimize disposal costs, two waste ports allow waste streams to be separated. A collection port can be implemented for cleavage product or valuable reagent recovery for maximum versatility.

Simple software

Versatile, easy to use Windows®-based software allows the experienced chemist or novice operator complete control of all aspects of synthesis. Complete documentation of all operations occurs once synthesis is initiated.

IQ/OQ

Installation qualification and operation qualification (IQ/OQ) support services verify and document that your instrument is supplied, installed, and operating according to GPT specifications, and may be required for operating under cGMP conditions. GPT-certified field service engineers inspect critical components, ensure that your systems function properly and reproducibly during automated synthesis operations, and provide documentation to help you meet regulatory requirements.
