Gyrolab^® huIgG Kit – High Titer

Gyrolab huIgG Kit – High Titer has been developed for rapid quantification of intact human IgG (IgG1, IgG2, IgG4) in cell supernatants during cell line development. Gyrolab huIgG Kit – High Titer measures mAb levels from 300 ng/mL to 1 mg/mL. Gyrolab huIgG Kit – High Titer includes prelabelled capture and detect reagents, buffers and consumables and a Gyrolab Bioaffy 20HC CD. Gyrolab huIgG Kit – High Titer does not include standard but this can be ordered as a separate product from Gyros Protein Technologies.

Gyrolab huIgG Kit – Low Titer is recommended for measuring lower IgG concentrations. Gyrolab huIgG Kit – Low Titer is based on the same reagents as Gyrolab huIgG Kit – High Titer but uses a different CD to shift the assay range.
