Join us in Uppsala, Sweden, the beautiful hometown of Gyrolab, for an exciting event that brings together both new and experienced users. This year’s seminar, taking place June 2-4, 2025, will be even more special as we showcase our fully operational lab facilities.

Take advantage of basic hands-on training sessions and advanced Gyrolab training in our new lab. Monday June 2 will be dedicated to training activities in the lab. This will be a great opportunity to send new analysts for basic training on the Gyrolab instrument supervised by the Field Application Team. For trained Users we will schedule some advanced training and there will be the opportunity to work on specific method development opportunities.

Whether you're just starting out or are a seasoned pro, this event promises to deliver valuable insights, engaging discussions, and opportunities to connect with peers from across the industry.

Call for optional Lab work Opportunities

We will give the Gyrolab users the unique opportunity to bring reagents for assay development on the Gyrolab System in the Uppsala Laboratory.  Also, we would like suggestions for training that can be offered in the laboratory:  

• Is there an assay that you would like to test on the Gyrolab?
• Would you like the opportunity to have the FAS work with you in the laboratory using your reagents for troubleshooting or method improvement purposes
• Is there a specific application or Gyrolab Kit that you would like to test?

Gyro lab reagents will be provided so If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact your local FAS. Attendee numbers will be limited dependent on the request and an additional fee will apply.

Join us for this year's themed sessions by sharing your expertise. We welcome presentation submissions that address any of the following key topics:.

• Integration in automated workflows
• Software validation,
• New modalities (ADC, mRNA, CGT)
• Bioprocess –transfer to QC
• Assay troubleshooting
• Outsourcing strategies

Keep in mind there will be awards for best presentation and poster.

Presenter rates: 400 EUR/ 4 500 SEK. 
Includes presenting (talk or poster), two days conference, meals and two hotel nights (Monday 2^nd and Tuesday 3^rd June).
