Standard curves for each Mouse Cytokine Kit (IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IFN-gamma, and TNF-alpha), left panel, and each Human Cytokine Kit Reagent set (IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IFN-gamma, and TNF-alpha), right panel, were run sequentially on a Gyrolab xPand in a 5-CD Gyroplex format, with each assay on a separate Gyrolab Bioaffy 4000 CD.
